Well i decided against crawling back into bed.  I took my shower and took a walk before it got so hot.  It was pretty humid, but my breathing wasn’t too bad.  So at least I got a walk in and I might be able to get another one in this evening depending on the weather.  We are going to mall shopping so I will get plenty of walking in there this afternoon.  My son is a shopaholic very much unlike me who HATES to shop!   I will check out the clearance racks for school clothes though at a few stores.
