3 – MEAT BREAKFAST PIZZA


1 pre-baked refrigerated 12 inch pizza crust, at room temp
1 (2.5 ounces) package country gravy mix
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1 cup chopped sausage links, cooked
1 cup chopped ham, cooked
1 bacon bits, cooked
½ cup milk
2 tablespoons margarine
8 eggs


1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


 



  1. Preheat oven to 400.

  2. in saucepan add water and milk

  3. wisk in gravy mix, and bring to a boil.

  4. Simmer 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly till thick.

  5. cool slightly

  6. In a larger skillet, melt margarine.

  7. Beat eggs with milk and add to skillet

  8. Scramble eggs in skillet until set and in small chunks

  9. Place crust on pizza stone

  10. Spread gravy evenly over the top.

  11. Sprinkle meat over gravy

  12. sprinkle eggs over gravy

  13. salt and pepper to taste

  14. Sprinkle Cheese over eggs evenly.

  15. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted and browning.

  16. Cool slightly and cut into wedges.
