Frejaluna – this is just for you………..they are very good!  


Cheesey Stuffed Chicken Breasts


  6 boneless chicken breast halves

  8 oz of whipped cream cheese w/ chives and onions

  1 Tb butter, cubed

  salt and pepper

  6 bacon strips

   Flatten chicken to ½” thickness.  Spread 3 Tb cream cheese over each.  

Dot with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper; roll up.  Wrap each 

with a bacon strip.  Place seam side down, in a greased 13×9 baking 

dish.  Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 35-40 min. or until juices run 

clear.  Broil 6″ from the heat for 5 min or until bacon is crisp.


Yeah, yeah,…..I am going to bed now. Don’t tell the flylady…I am up way past my bedtime. I was doing a bit of car shopping around on-line. I need to buy a new vehicle around the beginning of the year, so I am comparing prices, models, etc.

  2. That recipe looks good!  Just read some of your other blogs as well, I have not been on the computer much this week as I’ve been really busy.  What work do you do?
