Hello Friends –  Happy St Patrick’s Day!  This last week we have been without a meal plan, which never works out well.   I have meals planned for the next two weeks, but this will actually last 3 weeks.  This menu should last until we come back from Illinois from Tommy’s soccer tournament.  Trying a lot of recipes from Skinnytaste.com – hope the family likes them.  SkinnyTaste.com has WW points for all their recipes.

It is starting to feel a bit like Spring in Minnesota, though we still have plenty of snow.    Wishing you a wonderful week!

Saturday – Corned Beef And Cabbage Soup with Easy Garlic Knots

Sunday – Shepherd Pie

Monday – Turkey Reuben Sandwiches – Veggies

Tuesday – Korean Beef Rice Bowls

Wednesday – Tomato Soup and Grilled Cheese

Thursday – Asian Lettuce Wrap Chicken Chopped Salad

Friday – Smoky Pork BBQ on Bun (WW78)

Saturday – 24th – Classic Scalloped Potatoes (WW 59)

Sunday – Sheetpan Italian Chicken and Veggies 

BREAKFAST:  Crustless Spinach Quiche
Spinach, Artichoke, Feta Breakfast Bake
Chocolate Swirl Banana Bread

TREAT: Black Bean Brownies

Monday – Cobb Salad (bake extra chicken on Sunday)

Tuesday – Chicken Pot Pie Soup – Biscuits

Wednesday – Spaghetti Squash Casserole

Thursday – Broccoli Cheese Potato Soup

Friday – Tacos or Taco Salad

Saturday – 31st – Korean Grilled Chicken Breast over rice

Sunday – Enchilada Chicken Roll Ups  and Salad
