Week # 1: 6/5/11 – 6/12/11
It’s Monday……Menu Plan Monday! My hubby and the family are ready to be grilling!! This two week menu is heavy on summer fare and grilling! Most are recipes we tried and loved last year. It feels great to break out the cedar planks again and start grilling. Last night we disregarded our menu and made Grilled Alaskan Salmon to official kick off the grilling season!
June 5 – Sunday – Biscuit and Gravy/ Scrambled Eggs
6 – (working late) – Spaghetti Meat Balls
7 – (working late) – Easy Grilled Chicken/ Pasta Salad/ Corn
8 – (off) – Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs over Rice / Salad
9 – (Off in afternoon) – Mom’s Macaroni Cheese / Jen’s Seasoned Chicken Nuggets
10 – Friday – Off – Sandwich for 12 – Chips/ Dip
11 – Sat- BBQ Burgers / Waffle Fries/ Baked Beans
12 – Sun – Apricot Pork Ribs Cornbread/ Corn / Seasoned Tater Tots – Fresh Strawberry Sheet Cake
Week # 2: 6/12/11 – 6/18/11
13 – (Book Group) – Lasagna Roll Ups / Garlic Bread
14 – Tues – Grilled Shrimp/Cran-Peach Romaine Salad
15 – Wed – Sloppy Joes, Potato Salad, Coleslaw
16 – Thurs – Grilled Pork Chops (TOH June/June 2010) pg 81 /Fabulous Green Beans (TOH June/June 2010) pg 81 / Rice
17 – Friday – Guacamole Burgers/ Vegetable Macaroni Salad (Simple and Delicious – July/August -2008)
18 – Sat –Whiskey Ham Steak , Glazed Carrot, Herbed Potatoes
