We need groceries in our house.   I don’t think I will be able to get them so my hubby will be doing that for me tomorrow.  I planned my menu a bit different this week.  I simply wrote down what meat I had in the freezer and planned 14 meals based on that.  I don’t necessarily have a certain meal planned for a certain day, etc.  I will play it a bit by ear depending on when I am able to return to work.  Bu this should get us through until January 11th and by then I should be able to go shopping.   We are having visitors that weekend so hopefully I am doing better.

  1. I have a book full of crockpot recipes that I don’t use.  I would like to use them.  It gets tiring cooking every day.  I would like to have time for more.  I have four children and am looking for kid friendly recipes.  Any ideas?
