TUESDAY – BBQ Chicken Sandwhich (In Freezer)/Curly Fires/Veggie

WEDNESDAY – Tater Tot Casserole

THURSDAY – Easy Garden Alfredo/Rolls/Salad

FRIDAY – Mom’s Mac & Cheese/ Hot Dogs/ Chips

SATURDAY – Crockpot Roast/ Vegs

SUNDAY – Garlic Parmesan Chicken/ Vegs/Salad



Garlic Parmesan Chicken
4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 package Good Seasons Garlic Herb dressing mix ( can’t find this in the store yet!)
1/2 – 2/3 cups of parmesan cheese
Mix the dressing mix and parmesan cheese. Coat the chicken in the
mixture. Place the chicken in a baking dish already sprayed with non-stick
spray. Bake in at 350 degrees for about 20-30 minutes or until the
chicken is cooked through. Serve with whatever side dish you wish!
This recipe is so easy and quick. I use it even on rushed weeknights,
and Morgan loves it. As a bonus, if any chicken is leftover, I cook some
tortellini, throw in some Alfred or spaghetti sauce, and toss in the
leftover chicken for supper the next night. It’s great.
