I finally did the Freezer Inventory.  I have been procrastinating about it.  Now I will try to plan my meals around using up some of the food in our freezer.   This helps with our budget.  I need to try hard to cross off items as we use them and keep it update, always a problem for me.  But I wanted to share how we do our inventory as it really works well when we keep it up. 


I find that listing like chicken breast the number of times to coorespond with the number of them works better than putting a number as I would forget if I had changed the number or not..so now we jsut cross one out and know how many we have left.
