Can you make “make ahead mashed potatoes” without using sour cream and/or cream cheese? I’ve tried using just butter and milk, and the potatoes turn soupy on me!
You are impossibly well organized. Knock it off, makes the rest of us look bad.
LOL, I must agree with the rabbit
I really think you’d get a lot of use out of vaccuum sealer. Oh, I did try the oatmeal, but it just wasn’t cost effective. So I’ve caved and now buy the regular oatmeal packets and add my own sweetener to it. Go to http://www.foodsaver.com to check them out. You can seal freezeable mason jars, too, which are cheap and great to reuse – I’m using the jars for my spaghetti sauce…and they’d be good for soups, too. And although they are round, they stack well.
Have a great week!
