BREAKFAST BURRITOS


12 eggs
12 TBSP of Water
Salt and Pepper
1 lb of sausage
12 Flour Tortillas (fajita size)


In a skillet, scramble eggs with water.   In another skillet cook bulk sausage until no longer, pink.   Drain.   Mix the eggs and sausage together in a bowl.   Place about 1/3 cup of mixture down center or tortilla and roll up.


To Freeze:   I place in individual sandwich bags and freeze.  To cook place on plate and cover with a wet paper towel and microwave 1 to 2 minutes.  
 


BREAKFAST PIZZA


1 pound of ground breakfast sausage
5 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 can of biscuits (Grands)
1/2 – 1 cup grated cheese


In a skillet, scramble eggs with milk.   In another skillet cook bulk sausage until no longer, pink.   Drain.   Mix the eggs and sausage together in a bowl.


Roll each biscuit until fairly thin.  Sprinkle with sausage and scrambled egg mixture over biscuit.  Top with grated cheese, sprinkled on each biscuit.  Bake on cookie sheet for 5 -10 minutes or until biscuits are done in a 450 degree oven.
