Had a pretty good day. I had one bad asthma attack and hade to use my emergency inhaler. I haven’t used albuteral for a number of months. I was hopsitalized due to a compliction with Albuteral so I am cautious with its use. Today I had no choice.
I am going to try to go to work tomorrow and we will see how it goes. I am off to neb and read for a while. I have to read at least one chapter of my book to get it done in time for book group next week. I am really looking forward to the group, but am really not that into this book. I will finish it, but am not that thrilled with it.
I saw Jamie Lee Cutis on Dr. Phil today and I reserved her children’s books at the library to read. They looked pretty good. Have anyone read the new Dr. Phil book Family First+? I ordered it so I am looking forward to reading it with my church group.
I bought the new Dr. Phil book the other day, but haven’t read it yet. I’m reading some of “Sugar Busters” and another “Thyroid Diet” so I can revamp my eating a bit. I look forward to reading his book and I am sure it will be good. He always has lots of input from specialists so it should have some good ideas in it. Also, did you get “Secret Life of Bees”? What did you think of it? I liked it a lot.

I started the new Dr Phil book last nite but didn’t get all that far before the kids interrupted me….skipped the one chapter that didn’t pertain to me (blended family) and am on to the next….it’s well written thus far.
I bought the JLC Book, “The Life Of a 4 Year old”. It’s perfect for my daughter who is 4 and the plush toys that match the books are GREAT! My son has the lizard and he’s grown quite attached to it. I haven’t read the others yet but they are in the book lists from school so I may order them soon……
