I just got done cutting up and bagging ALOT of rhubarb. I was thinking about what should I do with it all…….and I came across this website, who knew some many things could be made with rhubarb!!

Wow! That’s a lot of rhubarb recipes. My neighbour has a beautiful plant that I am going to snip some stalks from and make my favorite rhubarb pecan muffins (the recipe is listed on that site btw!). Yum. I highly recommend them.
