Back from the Chiro appointment.    Not feeling any better.   I am icing my back/head now in hopes that will deaden the pain a bit.   Josh, Amy (josh’s GF), and Tommy are eating McDonalds.   That is the extent of my cooking tonight.  We are having a cino de mayo celbration at church.  I made a 7 layer dip for it. 

After Church I think I will head to bed.   I need something cheery to chat about.   I am really not in the best of mood today.

Well the good news is Spring is upon us even in Minnesota!!!!!  I took some pics ot prove it!
