Well, the breadmachine did all the hard work. I just made the dough in it (one batch made enough dough for 4 thin crust pizzas) and then I partially baked each one for 8 minutes, froze them and then put the toppings on and wrapped and refroze them. Not that hard. Might want to set aside one day to do it so you are not rushed.
