RESPONESE TO COMMENTS:

Anglais – split peas are found by the dry beans, like pinto etc. in the baking aisle maybe. So they are a dry bean in a bag. Stock pot is just a big pit with a lid. I think you could really use any big pot with a lid.

Crazymomma – my hubby loves all kids of soup. I never cared much for soup, but make alot of it now!

Kimmiesmommie – I had never had split pea soup either until married to my second hubby. He loves soup, so I am learning to make all his favorites.

Well I am off to bed. I am tried! I didn’t do too much this evening. my SIL and BIL and kids came over. I did do the supper dishes. Tomorrow is another day! Time for me to head to bed. NIGHT NIGHT!!
