Morning. I went to bed early last night and read for a bit. I was so tired for some reason. Today I have to go to the office for a meeting from 9 to 10, then I am home again. Josh is going to watch Tommy for me and Erik is sleeping over at the neighbors.

The Rice & Bean Burritos went over pretty good last night. Hubby just loved them! Erik ate them and Josh said they were ok. Tommy woldn’t even try them. LOL!! I will share the recipe, it was quite easy.

Later have to hit the shower and get to work. Have a great day!
