Too tired to type…………….got to get to work………..I hate Mondays!

Oh..I forgot to mention.  I of course was surfing on Ebay looking for a toy we had seen at a garage sale.  But I felt they wanted to much money for it.    I had been looking at the Music Block made by Neurosmith at store and they were too expensive!!    I won the Music Block on Ebay….I am very happy about that! 

Does anyone have these???  Does your child like them???   I am not sure which cartridges we will buy.  I will keep my eyes open on Ebay for them though. 

Believe it or not, I bought this for Tommy’s second brithday, so it will go in storage for a bit.  Hopefully by his birthday I will find a few cartridges for it. 

Now I have to sell some things on Ebay to cover the cost of the toy.  That is the deal we made I have to sell to be able to buy.  I have a number of really nice snow boats to sell that are too small for my big footed baby!

Yep..I was a bit lazy today or just plain TIRED!!!   Still seem to be recovering from the stomach bug we had here. 

Morning….I stayed up WAY too late last night.  Argh..I hate when I do that! 

Still plenty to do.  I suppoes I should run, Tommy is up and I need to get him ready for church.  I need to run down stairs and see what I can find in winte clothes for him to wear.  I should add that to my list, to locate his winter clothes.

Last night one of our neighbors came over and we went to their house for a bonfire.  Argh…Tommy just wanted to walk and crawl…and right at the fire at times.  I didn’t stay long it was no fun trying to keep him contained.

Well the list got a few things knocked off of it, but of course my day didn’t go as planned.  When I got the elbow macaroni out to make mac & cheese, there were bugs in it.  ARGH!!  So I ended up cleaning out all of the food cabinets in my kitchen.  ARGH!!  That was *NOT on my list.  Isn’t that always how it works out.  I have very high and deep cupboards.  In the back of the top one, which I need a step stool to see into, I find a bag of whole wheat flour, which had bugs….argh!!  So I had a big mess to clean up.  I had to look through every else in the cupboard to make sure they didn’t have bugs.  What a mess, but I did rearrange all the food cupboards and wiped them all out.  So I guess looking on the bright side I got a lot of my kitchen cupboards cleaned out!

I have a big list of to do this weekend, since we have all been sick for a few days, nothing got done.   But it isn’t all that bad.  So I hope to get most of this stuff done before the weekend is over!!!!

Hello –

Well we all seem to be on the road to happy tummies around here!  That is a very good thing.  I still hope to take it a bit easy around here for the weekend and get caught up on stuff and watch a movie.  Hubby rented Panic Room, might watch a bit of that tonight.

Geo Genius Interactive Map – I got this for my nephew Nick, he has that great love to memorize facts.  His latest interest/obbsession is maps.   He makes me get out the world map and tell him where countries are.  He will say which is closer this or that….LOL!  Like I know???!!!  This should keep him amuzed for a little bit.

We are all awake, but none of us are feeling that great.  I *Have to go to work today.  I have a meeting at a families home where I am bringing a consultant out to make the house secure.    I can’t miss that.  It is a very difficult situation/child. 

Tommy slept through the night, but I didn’t take him to ECFE this morning since he still has such a runny nose, etc.   No use getting all the other babies exposed. 

I think this weekend will be very layed back since none of us are feeling that great.  I do have to get some things done around here since next weekend is Erik’s b-day and we will be having people over on Friday and Satruday.  ARGH!!  Our kid’s birthdays always end up being such big to do’s.  Friday night is the sleep over with all the neighborhood kids and bonfire with their parents.  Saturday will be our family celebration with aunts and uncles.  The Friday night party started out being jsut a sleep over then parents started to comment that we haven’t have a bonfire in a long time. etc…so it is a grown up party too!

Then next month is Tommy’s first brithday.  We are jsut having one party, but it could be big!   Everyone always wants to come …..

The day is not going much better.  Everyone is feeling under the weather even myself.   Hubby has been napping for about an hour.  I just layed Tommy down so I hope he sleeps for longer than 1/2 hour.  I have a Dr appointment for Tommy at 5:20 to have his ears checked. 

As you can tell I decided not to go into work today.  I am just going to take care of everyone here at home.

Argh…not such a good morning.  I think hubby and baby are both getting sick.   I could not get the baby asleep last night, he jsut cried and cried or mosre like screamed!   Of course he has no fever or anything just a runny nose.  I tried letting him cry a bit, but he wouldn’t calm.  I put in bed with me, still screamed.  I tried rocking him in the rocking chair.  Finally, I got up and we went driving in the van!  Thsi is extremely unusual for Tommy.  The only time he doesn’t sleep is when he has an ear infection.   I am going to see how today goes then I might take him in to have his ear checked.  Yesterday was a bit different since hubby didn’t let Tommy have much of a nap since he had to take Josh to the Dentist, etc.

Hubby has been up since 4:00am with a terrible tummy.  I gave him some imodium AD this morning.  So my problem is do I go to work or do I stay home.  Hubby says he will be fine, so I think I will try to go to the office for a bit and come home early.  I can always bring home some work to work on this evening.  I love that flexibility about my work.

Tommy is still sleeping, so maybe he was jsut overtired.  I sure hope so!

I have been so busy I haven’t gotten much of my list for this week done.   Last night when I got home he had families first so had to be at church.  Tonight there is a parent advisory meeting at ECFE I was thinking about going, but I think I might skip that argh…oh yeah..and Erik’s meet the teacher.
