Hello everyone!!!!!!!!

I am feeling good about being prepared for the holidays.  I love having everything all bought and wrapped by December 1st as then we enjoy our time making cookies, going sledding, etc.  It makes the holiday season so much more relaxed.

I currently have all my presents wrapped and under the tree.  I went out and bought the last one this morning.  I wanted to pick up a movie that just came out today for a gift.   I still have to pick up something for my oldest son, which looks like it will be either a computer game or a pair of hiking boots.    I had to return the vision command thing I got him for the Mindstorm legos as it didn’t work with the set we have.   ARGH!!

So at what age do you stop having gifts from Santa at your house??  We never do, Santa continues to come.  He always fills our stockings even hubby’s and mine.  My middle son age 9 has informed me he knows that I am Santa.   🙁  But we agreed that he can just play along so that baby Tommy doesn’t find out.   In our house Santa even has special wrapping paper that is only used by Santa and hidden.

I still have to write our annual Christmas newsletter.  I am waiting until I pick up the new pictures of the boys to make the Xmas cards.  Well I have a ton to get done today….

TO DO:
Change bedding
Weekly Cleaning
Mop Floors
Straighten the last shelf in the laundry room
Organize and unpack the toy room
Organize Cupboards in Kitchen (plastics, snacks and baking)
Finish Thank you cards
CLEAN Fish Tank (very gross, been a long time!!)
Make Appointment for a haircut
Make Copy of Picture for Dawn’s gift

Man, I better get running!!!!!!!!  I will check back later!  🙂   It is my little reward to myself…it is how I make myself get a ton done.

  1. Lucky you that you got finished early.  That is my plan next year!

Santa still comes for me at mom’s house! I love it!  My nephew found out this year too but I’ve warned him that he would be in TREMENDOUS trouble if he didn’t keep that little knowledge to himself and not disappoint Gaston.    Anyway, I don’t know about anyone else, but I STILL BELIEVE!

  3. I’ve focused so much on work and have chosen overtime to be complete, that my own holiday fun went on the back-burner.  Hmmmm*considers altering his choices*….

GLAD TO SEE YOU BACK AT WORK!!!!
